For STEAMED lobster orders, we are usually at capacity for steamed orders, two days before the holiday.  Please do your best not to wait until the last minute.  

PHONE CALLS and VOICEMAILS during the holidays.  YES, we answer the phone and return calls. In a day there can be 100+ messages. We will call you back with confirmation, it just takes a bit longer than on a regular business day.  We will take as much time as needed to answer questions and give suggestions about making your holiday plans just right. 

On the actual holiday, we are unable to accept orders as the

phone does not ring in the store.
